Loved our extremely spacious and luxurious rooms.
The hotel was located close enough to a fountain and restaurants, shops, bars, cafes. The staff was extremely great and the host too. The room we had included a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control.

The hosts, Andy and Andrew, provided really good service. My room was spacious, with beautiful decor and an elegant wood ceiling. I loved having the option of made-to-order eggs at breakfast, along with freshly squeezed orange juice. The location was spot-on, just minutes from the Leaning Tower. It was a bit old and slow, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. The decor of the building captured the historical ambiance of Pisa. A minor drawback was the noise levels at night, common for a central location, but earplugs were thoughtfully provided.

The double room was romantic, included a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet. The location was absolutely perfect, far away from the nearest Bus Station, in the interesting area. Moreover, the hotel was relatively close to Palazzo della Carovana.

The noise levels at night could be disruptive!!! The check-in hours were a hassle for late arrivals!!! The layout of the hotel was confusing upon entry!!!
